Filter and sort
Laminar air flows are widely used to conduct experiments in an aseptic environment. In biological experiments, laminar air flows are some of the most essential equipment in culture handling and other experimental protocols. Generally, laminar air flows are designed to be a sterile work bench. Hence the equipment design creates a sterile work bench, devoid of particulate matter. Generally, laminar air flows are constructed of sterile steel with no gaps. This prevents build-up of microbes and particulate matter. The air which enters the laminar hood is passed through a series of filters known as HEPA filters (high efficiency particulate air
